1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ace55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ace55 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, online slots, crash games, and any other products offered by ace55 from time to time.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ace55 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.

You must notify ace55 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. ace55 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account for enhanced protection. All transactions carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified ace55 of a security compromise.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Methods. ace55 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability and applicable limits. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your ace55 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposit timelines vary by institution. ace55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Before processing a withdrawal, ace55 may require completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and confirmation that the withdrawal method corresponds to the deposit source. ace55 reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source used for deposit.

4.4 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your ace55 account. Withdrawal limits may vary by player tier and payment method. VIP players at Platinum and Diamond tiers may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.

4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. You must not deposit funds derived from criminal activity or use the ace55 platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ace55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be stated at the time of offer. General bonus terms include but are not limited to:

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace55 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.

• Money laundering or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ace55 platform including but not limited to software, game content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and user interface elements is the exclusive property of ace55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the ace55 platform may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from ace55.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party system outages. The total liability of ace55 in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

ace55 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for service downtime caused by maintenance, technical issues, cyberattacks, or factors beyond its reasonable control.
